How to order
Ordering online couldn’t be simpler. Just follow the below steps:
1. Browse our online store.
2. Place as many products into your basker as you need. If you require artwork to be be created, make sure you add this when placing your product into the basket. Whether you require artwork or not, you will be redirected to our artwork page after completion of the checkout process.3. Once you have finished shopping, follow the checkout process
4. After completing the checkout process you will now be recirected to the artwork page
5. If you require artwork, select ‘Artwork required’ from the form, enter all the details into the form, upload any images and logos and click submit to send us a detailed artwork brief.
6. If you do not require artwork, simply select ‘Artwork not required’ and upload your files to us. See the Artwork tab for more information on file requirements for printing.
Once we have received your files, we will send you a proof. Check the proof carefully and send us your final approval. Your files will then be sent to print. After the files have been sent to print, we cannot make any amendments so it is essential you check your files before approving them.
7. If you have asked us to create your artwork, we will send your proofs for approval. Feel free to make changes and amendments to the design. Once you have finally approved your files for print, they will be sent to print. We cannot make any amendments after they have been sent to print, so it is essential you check your files before approving them.

Artwork
Commercial printing is completely different to sending a document or image to your desktop printer and your files printing files must be setup to meet our printing requirements. This isn;t to try and be awkward but to ensure you get the most from your print. Therefore the below guide should help when you’re setting up your page to create your design. We can print from a range of file types but we recommend you use the following in order to ensure the best possible print.
Small Format Set-Up requirements
Format: JPEG or PDF
Colour: CMYK
Bleed: 3mm
Safe Zone: 3mm
Resolution: 300dpi
Fonts Outlined or Embedded
Wide Format Set-Up Requirements
Format: JPEG or PDF
